Cancellation Policy
Effective 9/8/23, At Tint Mobile, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our valued customers. To continue offering the best possible experience for everyone, we are updating our cancellation policy as follows: Cancellation: Once a booking is made, it is non-refundable. Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, customers are allowed one rescheduling opportunity without any additional charges. Customers may reschedule their appointment free of charge if they contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled tint installation. Subsequent Rescheduling: After using their one-time rescheduling opportunity, customers who wish to reschedule their appointment will be required to rebook another appointment and pay a new deposit. Cancellations by Tint Mobile: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control, we will provide a full refund to the client or assist in rescheduling, according to their preference.
